Interviewed with two different team leaders and was asked a lot of questions about my reactions in specific situations. Definitely a much more involved interview than I expected. Seems as though they really want to make sure they're hiring good people

Why do you want to be a target back room team member?
Easy direction and nice to speak with. Met in the lunch room tho so it could’ve been more professional. Still has a pleasant experience and made it easy to accept the position

I met with two different team leaders who asked me some basic and situational questions. They were very adamant about making sure I was okay with coming in early (anywhere from 6-8 AM) and that I wouldn't be calling in sick a lot.

Its a regular interview, they ask a bit about your past work history and what made you leave past job. they also asked how you heard about the job openings and is there any days you may not be able to work in the following 6 moths.
