J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Target en juin 2010
Entretien
About two weeks after I placed an application for ETL, I got an email from a Store Leader informing me of an opening at his store in regards to the position I applied for. After confirming that I was still interested, I was scheduled for a 1:1 Interview with the Store Leader himself. I stayed up the night before learning the history of Target and more information that I would ever really need to know about the company (in otherwords, I was well prepared.)
The interview started with the question "So tell me about yourself?" to break the ice. I let him know about my undergrad work and work experience. Then he asked me why I choose to apply to Target. Then, like other people's experience, I was asked a few behavioral questions, such as "Name a time in which you had to inform your manager he was wrong." After the interview was over, he let me know he would get in touch with me within 24 hours. I felt good leaving the interview. Not sure how I could have done any better.
The SL kept his promise and called me within 24 hours of the interview. He let me know that he didn't think I was a "good fit" for the ETL position and that he had a different position in mind for me...Team Leader, which is an hourly supervisory position. He let me know it was a better fit for someone who was new to the company and needed to learn a little more about Target. He also let me know I would have to go though the interview process again if I was interested.

Got the interview from a career fair. Met with one person who handled hiring and had a great conversation and had one other phone interview. Asked me relevant questions and I was excited about the role

It was a two step interview process. Personable and you are able to interview with not only your direct managers but theirs as well. Provides transparency into your new team. My interview was virtual because I was moving to the area, but I'm sure they do in person for local folks.

The interview was straightforward and to the point. Situation based interview, what would you do in this certain scenario. Interviewer was very friendly, and welcoming. They want to make sure that you have what it takes to be a leader
