It was a two-stage interview between the shift lead and one of the store managers. I was fairly nervous as it was my second job but they didn't ask anything too off the wall.

It was a two-round interview, the first with two team leaders, one flow and one backroom, and the second with the ETL Log. The questions were straight forward, "Tell me about a time when..." "Give me an example of..." I got a call back a week later to come in and take the drug test.
From application to flow took four weeks; I filled out the application on Wed. got a call back the next week for the interview, one week later came in for the drug test, one week later for orientation and the next week I was working on the line.
My advice is as always, be on-time, stay calm, and be honest.

Online application was convenient and the interview process was straight forward and to the point. I was given harder than ordinary interview questions by the interview, which they disclosed afterwards, but that was because my interview was witnessed by a manager-in-training. As long as your interview does not include a manager-in-training witness, expect the interview process to be easy.

I received a phone call to set up an interview. Then, it was a one on one interview with two separate mangers in the same day. Most questions to do with why I thought I could be successful as a Target team member.
