J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. Le processus a pris 1 jour. J'ai passé un entretien chez Target en oct. 2021
Entretien
1 technical round, then 1 HR cum technical round. 1st round had basics of stats and machine learning. 2nd was business modelling with more focus on approach rather than the model to use.
Round 0: Recruiter Call/Screening
Round 1: Technical - SQL, Python, Pyspark, ML, Project Deep dive, case study related to the team you are interviewing for with the same or one level up employee
Round 2 - Technical : same pattern with up-graded difficulty with a more senior employee
Round 3 - Hiring Manager round with the director, open ended scenario/situation based q/a again a case study (director level/ long term employee don’t want to hire anyone just want to keep this process going on)
Round 4: Bar raiser
Round 5: HR
Round
Multiple round of interview.
Interview context was different from what role I had applied for. Interview went for NLP discussion where as I was interviewing for Analyst role, but no hands on coding assessment
The interview is a 5-6 rounds process. It includes Data science DSA and stats questions.
All the interviewers were pretty chill people and were very knowledgeable. Overall the work culture looked good.
