Asked 5 situational questions and the rest were generic, basically asking where you see yourself in 3-5 years and asked questions depending on if you were willing to relocate or not and where your preferred location for the internship was. The interview did not seem too formal and I was not very impressed with the entire process. I was honestly surprised that I did not receive an offer as I thought I did well during the interview and the interviewers seems to like my answers.

Process took pretty long with wait time for next interview — about 1 1/2 months.. but other than that, interviews were easy and chill. I believe they only accept juniors and seniors in college.

I had an on-campus interview. They asked to expand upon my resume and then followed into some behavioral questions. Got asked back for a second interview at the district headquarters, which also consisted of behavioral questions,
