Entretien
You first meet with a Team Leader and have an experience guided interview. When that goes well you you have a similarly guided interview with that Team Leaders Executive Leader. The HR Executive Leader reaches out typically a week after.

Tell me about a time you had to work with a team to accomplish a goal within a deadline? Tell us how you approached it, how you dealt with adversity and were you successful.
Virtual Interview, questions revolve around leadership and responsibilities. Prior to the interview there is a behavioral online assessment. Orientation is in person and usually in a group. Will spend your first day shadowing and completing training videos.

The interview process at Target was very straightforward and conversational. I was asked to talk about myself and my prior retail experience, discuss my availability, and highlight my strongest qualities. The focus was on understanding my customer service skills, work ethic, and overall fit for the role.

Entretien
All completed online with prerecorded videos that can be completed on your computer or phone with three tries per question. Once the interviews are completed, Target will inform you that you either received a job offer or you did not. If you accept, you begin training shortly.
