The interview is done completely on zoom. The HR sends out the interview date. Then you will meet up with one of the store manager. The interview was conversational and took around 30 minutes.

They asked about my background, my experience, and have a specific format they gave out prior to the interview
One phone round with recruiter and one behavioral interview. Behavioral round asked situationals and your customer service experience. They gave you example questions to prep for, so as long as you’re ready to answer all, it should be fine.

It was pretty short and they mainly asked about how I handle working on a team with other people. They asked a couple of questions regarding my work experience but they did send me a study guide before my interview of things they might asked which reeally helped.

Entretien
I scheduled a time and she called me, no video. This was done with the hiring manager. She sounded automated and it was not personable at all. It only took around 25 minutes.
