Phone call with a recruiter (30 minutes) and a singular interview with a full-time Inventory Analyst (30 minutes). It was very straightforward using the STAR interview method. A handful of behavioral questions and a handful of generic-questions. Be yourself and you'll be fine.

First applied on their website, then they had a "Target Day" where you do a case study with other candidates and employees share a company overview. Then I had a final interview with the hiring manager before I got my offer.

Behavioral based questions in general about past experiences, nothing too out of pocket. Very straightforward with the questions and the recruiter was helpful in answering outstanding questions after the proess. No complaints
