Entretien
You start off with a 20 minute phone interview. Once you complete the phone interview, they will call you to set up a face to face interview. I arrived 15 minutes early to my interview, waited 10 minutes for them to come get me. We went into a backroom and was asked to describe myself and then they asked typical interview questions regarding a previous experience. With their questions, they want an example that includes the situation, how you handled it, and what the outcome was.

I Had to fill out a lengthy online application. Then I was called into a small room to answer a bunch of questions from a lady that had a folder with my name written all over it.

Basically, asked scenario questions. It was enjoyable and very painless. (lol) It was my first interview (first job ever) and I got it so I must've done something right lol.
