Interview was online with scenarios and questions. It was kind of confusing. Some questions were similar but in different formats. It would be better if an actual person interviewed you instead of a computer program.

Once scenario asked if you were restocking perishable items and your supervisor asked you to clean up a spill what would you do? continue re stocking or go clean up the spill.

Video recorded responses to questions with multiple attempts to review and redo before submitting. This is followed by a email to schedule a short phone interview to confirm availability. Be sure of your availability before agreeing to it because it will be locked in for months.

Working at Target worked out as they would be flexible to accommodate my growing family needs. If there was anything I needed to discuss, I felt free to do so with my manager at that time.
