There are around two to three rounds of interviews - one with a lower-level manager, one with a higher-level manager, and possibly one with the store manager. They each ask you a few questions to see how you would handle certain situations and what your personality is like.

I applied online and the next day I received an e-mail for virtual interview. The instructions state there will be a total of 4-5 questions that you can answer with a 2 minute limit. You can redo your answer/recording up to 3 times before submitting the answer.

Asked general questions to learn more about me and my background, wanted to know my personal knowledge of the store and their rewards program, wanted to know about my general availability
Clear, easy process with lots of customer service experience questions. Lots of basic interview questions like my availability and sales experience etc. Asked why I was interested in the position and what value I could bring the team.
