Online application, then a series of online recorded interview questions. Took a couple of days after I submitted my application before getting a follow-up email about the interview process. You get multiple reshoots if you trip up on one of the questions, despite the awkward nature of talking to a camera this is a positive.

A smooth, straightforward interview with simple, approachable questions. Demonstrating competence while emphasizing strong customer service carries far more weight than technical expertise. Keeping an upbeat, positive attitude from start to finish makes the entire process feel easier and leads to better outcomes.

The standout question was essentially, *“Tell me about a time you helped a customer and what you did to make the situation better.”*
