Worst for this role,. Spend too much time to watch unimportant videos, then took test and then had to record video. And these all things were done just for barista role.
I was asked to come in to meet with the store manager and then met with the Starbucks manager on a later date. They hired me and I completed onboarding for a day before starting behind bar.

How would you handle a difficult situation with a customer?
Applied online and was called in for an in person interview with the team lead of the target location that was applied for. Afterwards I did a screening online in which had about 20 questions for me to fill out
I submitted an application and they interviewed me over a video call. The interview was fairly easy and relaxed. Seemed like they just wanted to get a feel for my personality
