Very straight forward, they like to see what you know and how you will react in situations. Very easy to do, not very intense. It is nothing to stress about you typically have the job if you have the interview.

Tell me about a time you had to deal with conflict.
Was open interviews and I was offered the opportunity after two rounds. It was a smooth process and did not take long. After the 2nd round I was called in the room
initially you answer some personality indicating questions, then a lot of behaviorial questions if they like what they see they will send a link to do a recorded interview where you submit your own responses and can re-record them as well . super easy but super lengthy.
Online just a few video questions with no in person interview. It was also not live everything is pre recorded. Overall pretty easy and not too bad. Getting the job is mainly about availability
