Pretty easy! There were a series of questions asked to which you just record your answer to. If I remember correctly, you get 2 or 3 tries to film your response.

- If selected to move forward, they have you create a video answering a few questions and send it to them
- A manager will call you asking why you want to join Target. Was given an offer in the same phone call.
Easy, three steps of multiple choice questions, this or that, and a hirevue video done on your own time. Very simple process that I would do again. Easy application with quick responses.

Entretien
It was a virtual interview where you answer 6 questions with the last one being a YES/NO question. You have 1 or 2 minutes to prepare an answer for each question and then 2 minutes to answer. You record what you say and it gets sent to Target, no one from Target is there asking you questions.
