It was a multi stage interview and honestly I actually did quite bad. They really wanted someone more money minded that would look after their bottom line. They did not want someone that was customer service driven.

Met with Target on campus. first interview consisted of 2:1 and lasted about 20-30 min. 10 minutes later was asked to do another 2:1 interview with different managers. Most of the questions were behavioral based.
