Interview questions were very easy. It was a video recording process. And once they approved that, I was hired via an email. The onboarding process was also very easy. At that time I was hired for a different positions then moved to another which was the Ulta Beauty Consultant.

Very simple, recorded interview, describe a time you dealt with stress, tell me about yourself, what would u do scenarios. Got a call back to schedule orientation within a week!

The process was quite simple, answering 3 questions on a video recording then submitting. You are allowed to re-record once if you are unsatisfied with your performance. I was contacted afterwards within a week and offered a job over the phone.
