I received an invitation to schedule a phone interview a few days after submitting my application online. Interview questions were all behavioral based and you are expected to use the STAR method to answer questions. Successful candidates are then invited for a second round of interview with a team leader in Target stores.

Process took pretty long with wait time for next interview — about 1 1/2 months.. but other than that, interviews were easy and chill. I believe they only accept juniors and seniors in college.
