It was all mainly a online interview where there were prompts/questions that you had a set time to answer the questions in a one go recording, you were allowed to record about 2-3 times.

I anpplied online and did a video interview (not live). I was then contacted about my availability and asked to come in for orientation and was immediately hired. Very easy process.
Super easy one time phone call into orientation. Just make sure you pick up the phone as they do not provide an email first. Highly reccomend working at target if you can handle a lot of walking
Pretty easy! There were a series of questions asked to which you just record your answer to. If I remember correctly, you get 2 or 3 tries to film your response.
