At Target, you can expect the interview to be easy-going, focused mostly on behavioral and scenario-based questions. In my case, it was a group interview with five other candidates participating.

Question 1
Teamwork – Tell me about a time you worked with a team to accomplish a goal. What was your role, and what was the outcome?
Customer Service – How would you handle a customer who is upset because an item they want is out of stock?
Problem-Solving – Describe a time when you had to solve a problem quickly at work or school. What steps did you take?
Adaptability – If you’re asked to switch departments during a busy shift, how would you adjust?
Prioritization – You’re stocking shelves when a customer asks for help finding something, and your team lead calls you at the same time. What do you do first?
Conflict Resolution – Have you ever had a disagreement with a teammate? How did you handle it?
Work Ethic – Tell me about a time you went above and beyond to help a team or customer.
Values – Target values fast, friendly, and fun service. Which of these do you relate to most, and why?
Scenario – Imagine the store is very busy, and a customer asks you to check the back for an item. How would you balance helping them with keeping up with your current task?
Initiative – Give me an example of when you noticed something that needed to be done and took action without being asked.
The interview was super easy. You just have to know a bit about what you're trying to do there and be lucky with their hiring timing. It also helps if you are nice to them overall.

Entretien
The interview process was over the phone. Basically going over the details you inputted on the job application. We went over the hours I could work and if whether or not I had other things going on because it was a part time job.
i applied for a job online for my local target score and received notice about an interview a few days later. it was a positive experience with everyone i interacted with along the way. nothing bad to report in, they asked standard questions such as tell me about yourself and how do you handle conflict.
