Applied online. Within two days had request from hiring manager to speak by phone. I was going on vacation so had limited availability. Happened to be in his location during vacation so agreed to have a coffee on my last day. Conversation went well I thought, but then never heard back. Ever. I followed up twice by email. Regardless of whether I was determined fit for the role at least send a person a response. It's common decency and if a company and it's employees can't even extend common decency it's likely not the place you want to work anyway.
