Target solutions was the recruiter that had helped me with scheduling an interview for a bio-tech company. Target solutions rushed the whole process. No pre-work or follow up in regards to the interviewing process. I had even asked for feedback to what skills/qualifications I was lacking in order to get the position. No response back whatsoever. I would not use this company as a recruiter for employment. They do not take the time out to prepare candidates for interviews or the job as a whole.
