Took place over the phone with the office manager and the department manager. Interview was very casual and to the point. There was an initial phone interview to establish whether or not the internship would fit my expectations, then a following one in order to ensure that I was suitable for the job. Both of my interviews took place over the phone because of my location, however, usually people will come in for an in-person interview.

There was two interviews the first with HR and the second with a manager from the team. The interview itself was fairly easy and was primarily behavioral questions. It was a straightforward process.

Good/supportive. Interviewer was very encouraging and straight to the point!
Phone screening. I heard back (probably in about one or two weeks)
They openly communicate through email. Straightforward process. One of the most enjoyable interviews I have ever had! I would recommend all undergrads interested in digital strategy to apply with them.
