J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Tarim Consulting en févr. 2020

      Entretien

Applied online. Got a phone call from the CEO one day after, we chatted for about 20-30 minutes and I was invited to their office for a formal interview. The interview went pretty well however during the process, the CEO kept mentioning that I need to expect that this role will be very busy and I need to make myself very resourceful because this is a small start-up company. I understand that and I know what to expect when I applied for this role. It was just not a very pleasant feelings that someone kept implying you that "you will have to sacrifice everything to the company" and trying to make you promise that you can do that. The interview questions are general, checking my experience, skill sets and projects I have achieved so far. When it was my turn to ask the question, I did not feel that the company got a clear growth plan on hand and that actually alerted me. We finished the conversation pleasantly and the CEO promised to reply in 2 weeks but a month after, I have not heard anything. I sent two emails to follow up but there has been no reply so I decided to cross this company from my list. My suggestion for future people who would like to interview for the position: 1) make sure you have full passion for the company and would like to sacrifice your life and time. Everyone has different life goal and if that's yours, go for it or I would not recommend it. 2) Ask about their growth plan, and you may get the answer like "we are growing very fast, YoY growth rate is xx and the revenue is xxx now. We need to create more awareness..." I think it is not enough. I would expect to hear something like the next market the company is targeting, the timeline and how this role should help...etc. But that's just my opinion. Not only I am interviewed by the company, I am also trying to find the company with great potential to work for.
