From start to finish the process was pleasant and fast. My panel interview consisted of four back-to-back Google Hangout sessions with two other managers, a director and the COO. Everyone was positive, engaging, passionate and spoke with authenticity. I really felt the culture come through and I was excited throughout the conversations. The questions were very thoughtful and showed they were listening and interested. I appreciated the straightforward approach.
