Depressing. On the onsite, you will get glimpses that their codebases are not maintained. The majority of the original engineers have left the company after the acquisition. Product and Management seem is too rushed and unfocused to make dramatic innovative improvements. Poor decisions by Leadership have put the engineering organization in fix-up mode to clean up the mistakes of last year.
Overall, the culture of the onsite shows that the company's energy and passion are gone. TaskRabbit appears to be going down and not up. If you want a place to advance your career, I recommend looking elsewhere.

Had a phone screen, but got the impression that they already had another candidate in mind and were simply going through the motions. The recruiter was pleasant and nice.
