First you let the Receptionist know that you are applying, then you wait for your name to be called. While waiting you can enjoy a premium roast of espresso and read a book from their shelves. When your name gets called. you enter an open space to do the initial interview, which makes the environment a lot less tense for you. Next is the assessments part. You enter a room filled with computers, and everything you have to answer will be explained to you so there will be no surprises as to what assessments you will take. Then you proceed to the final interview, but to make you a little less nervous, they will brief you on what to expect from the one who'll conduct the interview and what they'll expect from you.
