I received an initial phone call explaining Taskus history and what they were about. Then received another phone call letting me know I would have to take a few tests online. About 1 week later they called to let me know I had passed my tests and they started contacting me about when my training class would start and what I needed to do to pick up equipment via email. Definitely have plenty of people to contact with answers to all your questions.
