Hiring process took almost 2 months and consisted of so many steps including: - Application (including creating an account on their hiring portal, and checking device's system requirement!). - Introduction session (zoom meeting) - Download/Upload/Ping test of home internet connection - Online test (typing speed and accuracy, simulation of customer chats, and generic customer service questions) - Questionnaire (about resiliency and psychological fitness for the role) - Native language assessment (verbal and written interview) - HR representative interview - Checking ID and work permit - Offer letter - Upload documents, sign policies, etc (onboarding tool) - Background check (done by a 3rd party online, and in parallel with signing a conditional contract)
