It was over the phone and I found out the position would be in Austin instead of San Antonio as listed on the job posting. Also, the pay was lower than what appeared on Glassdoor.

TaskUs posted the position as "remote" and after preliminary interview steps they shared the position was not remote but hybrid with 3 days a week in office... in Texas. I do not live in Texas and had cleared my schedule for the interview follow up so I was disappointed and had to decline. It felt so off to start a working relationship with a lie.

Entretien
I had a total of four interviews through the interview process. The total process took about a month for me to conduct these interviews and finally get the job offer. The recruiter was very helpful during this process.
