Worst interview experience of my lifetime. Panel didn't joined the interview calls at the scheduled times for the first two rounds and interview was rescheduled couple of times. I was told the feedback was positive after two rounds and they would be releasing the offer in couple of days. We also discussed about salary and notice period and joining date. However, I didn't received any offer even after a week. After a week I was told reporting manager want to discuss with you and a call was setup on a short notice of just an hour and then comes the shocker. I was facing technical interview with the panel of 5 peoples when I was not even mentally prepared. The next day I was told the feedback from the third round was also positive and finally they are going to release the offer by the end of the day. However, I didn't received the offer letter even after couple of days. When I contacted HR the next day, she told your skillsets doesn't fit for any of our profiles. Are you serious? Then why did you wasted my 3 weeks of time and kept assuring me about releasing the offer. I haven't seen such lack of communication and coordination within any of the organisations before. Really the most unprofessional behavior which would not like see again in my whole life.
