Normally they hire experienced candidates only. 3 rounds all together.
First round: HR/Head Customer support will talk generally about your experience, communication and abilities. This post is like mostly managerial right so.
Second Round : With Area service Manager (Both technical mostly subject related)
Third Round: National Head; Can't say any particular but mostly on your past experience (don't expect only technical) think twice before answer.
About national head I don't want to reveal the full name (SB). Looks like very common man, technically sound, full hands on experience.

Entretien
One pre-screening by HR and the onsite interview by Hiring Manager. The hiring decision was made within 10 days. Most of the interview questions were focused on my prior experience and hypothetical situations related to dealer handling.
