I applied online and heard back within a week. Had a interview on a Wednesday, received and phone call on Thursday to go back for a second interview on Friday. Got the job and started 2 weeks later.

Interview was very casual and welcoming. Did not ask typical interview questions, was more back and forth where I could ask questions during the interview.
