The first part of the process was to complete a writing sample of an assessment report. Afterwards, I met with Marc to provide feedback and role-play. Then we also discussed various aspects of the role. I also had a phone interview with Chad. Speaking with both members of the consulting and assessment team helped me to get a good idea of the company and division.
