Entretien
Started up with a phone call from recruiter asking basic questions in english and how you applied to the job.
After that already in the company building I had to complete an English and technical skills test(not that hard) and a little interview with the recruiter explaining how the company works.
Finally an interview with a manager and a team leader asking advanced technical stuff and also testing how you would answer and angry customer.
After that they called a HR manager to formally give you the contract.

The first stage of the interview is usually physical, and you are expected to come with several means of identification the do an assessment, more like technical and IELT assessment.

Basic questions on the applied role then was invited for an onsite test which includes Technical questions, Oral test and Typing test. You ll know if you pass as the other tests are dependent on passing the first technical test.

The hiring process was easy and fast, consisting of a technical interview followed by a manager interview. The entire process was completed smoothly, and I received a final decision within a two-week period.
