Process was not direct but sloppy. Had an interview with Costa Rica rep on the phone and was told to proceed to in person interview. When at the site I never had the second interview but they made me take a test on programming and other competencies not related to a help desk. Then was told not to move on to the in person interview.

The first stage of the interview is usually physical, and you are expected to come with several means of identification the do an assessment, more like technical and IELT assessment.
Employment process started with a call interview from HR asking some
Basic questions on the applied role then was invited for an onsite test which includes Technical questions, Oral test and Typing test. You ll know if you pass as the other tests are dependent on passing the first technical test.

The hiring process was easy and fast, consisting of a technical interview followed by a manager interview. The entire process was completed smoothly, and I received a final decision within a two-week period.
