The interview starts as a group interview where everyone is tested on proficiency on different topics, like typing and personality profiles. After that the group is broken into smaller groups for a group activity where applicants are further acknowledged on their strengths when dealing with others. I'm sure they notice weaknesses to but do not point them out. After that, you interview in a 1-on-1 with one of the team managers and they do some basic interview questions. After all of that, if you fit the mark they are looking for, you walk out with a job offer.
