Applied via company web site but didn't hear anything for months. Then was surprised to be contacted by the corporate recruiter for a Skype interview. The video interview lasted about an hour. I felt it went very well, I found the position intriguing, and the recruiter seemed excited to move forward. She said she would set up a follow-on interview with the hiring manager and several potential co-workers (even gave me their names). I followed up with a 'Thank You' note and reached out a couple times after that, but I never heard from her again. Very unprofessional.
