There were 3 stages and it all took place within 3 weeks. You're given a week to complete the assessment, and right after, you're assigned to someone to walk them through your thought process. The hiring team was warm and friendly.

The HR interview went well but I could not proceed with them due to logistical challenges. The conversation was quite transparent but I was surprised they don't want to discuss salary range at this stage. They also shared that their compensation offers are non-negotiable
