I had been working internally as a temp so the interview might have been more informal. They asked me a few questions about myself and then asked a few skills-based questions about how I would handle organizing files.

The interview process was pretty normal. I applied for the position and recieved an email for a phone interview within 2 weeks. The lines of communication for setting the date for the interview went smooth. They asked typical interview questions like what was your biggest accomplishment and etc. I would say really study the company core values because they ask which one sticks out to you the most and why. They are really big on you knowing their core values
