Entretien
The whole process consists of 3 conversations with different people with different roles in the organization. The first step is a screening conversation where the goal is to understand motivations and if the candidate is a good fit for the company. Second step is a technical interview based on the role and experience of the candidate. Finally, the third step is a "Who Interview", where the goal is to go through the work history of the candidate and understand better the previous experiences. It is really an informal conversation to get to know the candidate better and where the candidate can also know more about the company get feedback from the interviewer. Even after the interviews sessions, everyone was always available to clarify anything about the company if needed and all the people I had contact with were very friendly. Because the interview process takes up to 3 conversations if the candidate has success in every step in my case the whole process took from 3 weeks to 1 month.
