Due to there being no other interview reviews I figured I’d weigh in. Extremely disorganized company of young, inexperienced & unprofessional employees. The recruiter struggled to find questions to ask throughout the first interview and it took 7 weeks to conduct a total of 2. In the second interview, one employee was too shy to say anything while it was clear the other had let their year in the company inflate their ego.. this led to an environment that felt both awkward and forced where I was attempting to remain professional while adapting to the interviewers’ demeanors. The draw of being in the gaming space leads to wearing rose colored glasses and ignoring red flags. In retrospect, dodged a bullet.. only to be confirmed by the other reviews of employees here. Can’t expect that much from a small company where the average employee has only held a job for a year or so out of college.
