A recruiter from TeamViewer reached out to me on LinkedIn and asked if I would be open to sharing my CV. I responded and sent my CV but received no acknowledgment. Nine days later, I received an email with a link to a virtual interview — without any prior discussion or confirmation of my availability. It was not a calendar invite, just an email with a meeting link.
This happened again a second time. In the first instance, the interview was scheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice and then cancelled the morning of via an automated message.
I found this approach to communication and scheduling unprofessional and concerning. It led me to question how internal processes are managed at the company. As a result, I chose not to proceed further with the interview process.
