I have waited for 1 hour in the Q to get the gate. Finally I Entered Building and submitted Resume and waiting at Cafeteria. There also I waited for another One hour to call the Android developers to the interview panel. Finally My interviewer Called me and Asked me Basic questions 2 Questions in android I answered them. After that he asked me that do u have experience in Java. I said that i am comfortable with core java and i learned advanced java before i joined in job mean while he got call to voip phone and after speaking in phone he said that he supposed to take another interview and we are looking for people who have java skills too. Android is just tool and not much useful for us. I asked him that it seems to be rejecting. He said that it is just basic Screening and asked me to wait outside , after some time another person asked me to leave for the day and share the feedback on call.So Do not waste time of others and give the proper JD before scheduling the interview. Train the interviewers for taking the right people , One question is not enough to test the skills of 4.5 years experience guy. Because of this interview process i could not attend the another interview on the same day as it took more than half day.
