Quite simple, went to recruiter and then answered few questions about my work experience and a final ops round at tech mahindra and explained my profile and got selected

4 rounds, 3 technical and 1 HR,
first round is MCQ, second and third rounds are technical and coding, final round is HR, need to answer 2 coding questions and 1 communication round also
