I was brought in to sit a short assessment. Would have been a lot easier if I was put into an interview room instead of having to complete it on a busy operations floor where people were constantly walking past and having conversations. Once the assessment was complete I had to wait to find out if I passed or failed. When I was told I had passes I was then brought into the interview which was very relaxed and informal.
