This was first an informal discussion over Skype and phone. This was to explain the mission, the job context, the objectives, the available resources and to understand if there was any interest from my side.
I then met in person the recruiting manager during a travel to a destination in common. We had another discussion, again not too formal.
We finalized the compensation discussion over Skype.

Demonstrate confidence in your approach. Focus on your past experience and academics and also mention the kind of geography you have tapped and customer base you have worked with. Focus on confidence which is the key.

Hiring Manager inquires on the skills required and explained on the job responsibilities.
Sales Head interviewed on the career experience and finally the Head of the region had a short discussion.
