technical round followed by 1 client round overall average questions. Client round was optional based on package negotiations. Technical round was average with basic medium level sql and spark questions. Accepted offer.
I had an overall very good experience with the tech mahindra interview process, interview was on time , got timely details on the feedback from the HR, overall process took 2-3 weeks of time.

Entretien
There were two rounds.
First one was technical and other was technical plus Managerial round
After that they discussed about CTC and they promised me to give fixed salary of 14 LPA but when I got offer so they included variable in this 14LPA so fixed was 12.3lpa and rest of CTC was variable.
I felt cheated and declined.
