I’d like to share my interview experience with Tech Block, which was quite disappointing and unprofessional. I successfully cleared two rounds of technical interviews the first and second rounds were conducted smoothly, with a gap of three days between them. After completing the second round, I received a call the very next day from the hiring team confirming that I had cleared both technical rounds and that the final HR discussion would be scheduled soon. However, after that call, there was complete silence. Despite following up daily via calls and emails, I received no response for several days. After 5 days, I finally managed to speak to the HR person, who told me that the client has put the PHP position on hold and advised me to wait another 10 days. I waited patiently. After 10 days, I followed up again via calls and emails still, no response. Finally, I tried calling them from a different number, and only then they picked up and informed me that the position had been closed. This entire process wasted over 15 days of my time. The lack of communication, transparency, and professionalism from the HR team was deeply frustrating. I understand that hiring situations change, but the way this was handled was extremely disappointing. I’m sharing this so other candidates are aware and can make informed decisions about their time and energy. This experience reflects poorly on how candidate communication is handled at Tech Block. I hope the company improves its process and treats candidates with the respect and clarity they deserve.
