Disorganized and Unprofessional Recruitment Process. HR really don't care. The recruitment process was a mess from start to finish. There was no clear description of the internships, and I had to choose between positions without info. The screening interview was a recorded session with 8 questions, 1:30 minutes to answer each, and only one chance to re-record, but you couldn’t choose which take to submit. I waited three weeks for a response, only to be contacted for the wrong internship and brand. The case study felt like free labor, asking for 15 influencers, and even included an inappropriate question about Palestine. HR ignored my questions about my original application. During the final interview, the manager hadn’t even read my CV and offered me 800 euros for an internship that I did as a job for two years and for four times that amount. The manager told me she planned leaving two months later. Overall, a complete waste of time—I declined the offer.

very long and a bit confusing, by the first message i received i though i was in but not really. i was told i would receive the offer in writing but it never came though.
